Responsibilities
Design a variety of print materials for home office departments, including magazines, newsletters, postcards, flyers, brochures, posters, and other print media
Capture and edit photos and videos to inform, educate, motivate, and recognize both internal and external audiences
Collaborate with project teams to align graphic design with content and messaging
Apply Modern Woodmen’s branding elements consistently across all projects, ensuring adherence to established standards
Maintain branding guidelines and assets (logos and graphics), and oversee the organization of photo and video libraries, including image release documentation
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Graphic Design required; Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design
A portfolio showcasing your work must be submitted with your application
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Proven experience in publication layout, graphic design, basic photography, and video creation/editing
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Preferred
Familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects preferred (not required)
