Responsibilities
Perform support by managing end users on business side and collaborating with system vendor
Troubleshoot system issues, plus manage permissions and access
Often use SQL queries to pull data and make sure data is flowing to and from system
Monitor 3rd party applications that are integrated with system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into effective solutions
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system
Collaborate to optimize system processes to enhance overall efficiency
Conduct regular system assessments, testing and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required

proven track record in maintaining applications and systems
Healthcare familiarity a plus
EMR/EHR system knowledge - MediTech preferred
Strong knowledge of database management and SQL
