Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user technical support across all IT-related needs
Manage the operation, maintenance, and support of hardware and software, including Windows PCs, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, peripherals, printers, phones, office infrastructure, and security systems
Administer server-side and cloud technologies, including Nutanix, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Citrix VDI, and backup solutions
Create and maintain internal documentation such as procedures, diagrams, and technical manuals
Participate in and support IT initiatives and projects, including Nutanix and Citrix VDI implementations, disaster recovery planning, security enhancements, and mobile device management
Qualification
Required
Strong foundational knowledge of core IT concepts with hands-on troubleshooting experience in both hardware and software
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, including client vs. server environments, user privileges, and file/share access
Experience managing systems through administrative consoles
Understanding of IT documentation, reporting, knowledge sharing, and the purpose and use of ticketing systems
Ability to take clear notes, document meetings, and summarize key information for the team
Preferred
Maintain a strong passion for technology and a continuous desire to learn
Follow instructions, complete assigned tasks, and consistently meet commitments
Think analytically and provide thoughtful insights rather than reactive responses
Communicate honestly and openly, including acknowledging knowledge gaps when appropriate
