In this role, you'll manage 5-8 Operations Managers, ensure families receive consistent, high-quality care, and build high-performing, engaged teams that thrive.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor multi-state Operations Managers
Ensure operational excellence, including client satisfaction, service fulfillment, and technician engagement
Oversee complex client escalations and service disruptions with a family-centered approach
Partner with leadership to scale operations, standardize workflows, and drive continuous improvement
Track performance metrics, identify risks, and implement solutions that make a real impact
Qualification
Required
5+ years in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or multi-site operations
3+ years leading managers or senior teams
Strong coaching and performance management skills
Experience with clinic-based and/or home-based care
Preferred
Comfortable with EMRs, scheduling systems, and Salesforce
Bachelor's degree preferred
advanced degree a plus
