Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of multi-platform communications campaigns, working closely with the Director and cross-functional teams
Support the development of presentations, executive summaries, and campaign status updates for internal stakeholders
Help manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and approvals throughout the campaign lifecycle
Contribute to content planning and production, including drafting copy for internal channels and supporting ad hoc writing needs
Track and report on campaign performance metrics, helping to prepare post-campaign analyses
Maintain effective relationships with internal business partners, responding to requests and facilitating communication between teams
Support process improvement initiatives and help document best practices for campaign management
Provide project management assistance, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project documentation
Assist with special projects and events as assigned by the Director or senior team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or project coordination (internships and relevant coursework may be considered)
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clearly and concisely for various audiences
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Basic project management skills; experience supporting projects or campaigns preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines
Preferred
Familiarity with digital content management systems, intranet platforms, or analytics tools is a plus
