Responsibilities
Assist with all phases of personal injury litigation
Prepare, draft, and file legal documents and pleadings
Organize and maintain case files and discovery materials
Conduct legal and factual research as needed
Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filings
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
Provide trial and hearing support when necessary
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Paralegal or senior-level Legal Secretary
Strong knowledge of legal procedures and document preparation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Discovery experience is a plus
Personal injury experience is preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
