Senior Director Business Development
McKay Recruiting is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Director of Business Development. The successful candidate will support clients' growth and revenue goals by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales in the legal services sector, focusing on forensics, eDiscovery, managed document review, and litigation management.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue projections in a defined region or territory
Qualify, generate, and execute on opportunities that provide profitable revenue, working closely with direct reports and forecasting through a CRM platform
Prospecting activities for the identification of prospective new clients
Consistently grow, cultivate, and leverage relationships to ensure an effective pipeline of opportunities and execute on each phase of the sales process
Identify prospective customers' needs and challenges, and develop value-based solutions informed by your knowledge of our services, customers, and key competitors
Work collaboratively to coordinate the internal and external resources needed to manage the sales process effectively

Support clients' growth and revenue goals for service offerings including Forensics, eDiscovery, Managed Document Review, and Litigation Management
Identify, pursue, and close sales focusing on corporate legal and law firms
Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue projections in a defined region or territory
Qualify, generate, and execute on opportunities that provide profitable revenue
Work closely with direct reports and forecasting through a CRM platform
Prospecting activities for the identification of prospective new clients
Consistently grow, cultivate, and leverage relationships to ensure an effective pipeline of opportunities
Execute on each phase of the sales process
Identify prospective customers' needs and challenges
Develop value-based solutions informed by knowledge of services, customers, and key competitors
Work collaboratively to coordinate the internal and external resources needed to manage the sales process effectively
Preferred
5-10 years of transactional and direct sales experience in the legal vertical
Portfolio of existing legal clients is preferred
Minimum three years' experience selling legal services and/or software in the eDiscovery market
Minimum of $2MM in sales per year over the past two years
