Responsibilities

Own requirements gathering : Be the strong voice in the room to elicit, document, and validate business needs

Develop BRDs , functional/non-functional requirements, and readiness documentation for a large-scale Salesforce implementation

Lead impact analysis , process modeling, and change management activities to prepare the business for success

Collaborate with internal technology teams and external Salesforce partners to align on solution design and delivery

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings across multiple business units and vendors

Identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure operational readiness for go-live

Required

5+ years of business analysis experience, including large-scale system implementations

Proven ability to lead requirements management for complex projects

Strong facilitation and communication skills—able to influence and negotiate with stakeholders

Experience creating BRDs, process models, and readiness documentation

Familiarity with change management principles

Preferred

Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning)

Ability to anticipate change and redirect efforts proactively

Comfortable working independently on all but the most complex challenges

Experience collaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors
