Responsibilities
Deliver consistent five-star service and ensure a welcoming, polished arrival experience for all residents and guests
Oversee the front driveway and entrance, directing incoming traffic and coordinating closely with valet operations to manage vehicle flow and service efficiency
Escort residents and guests into the building, assisting with luggage, packages, and personal items, and maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front door, driveway, and lobby areas
Perform valet duties such as parking, retrieving, and relocating vehicles
Cross-train at the front desk and step in for Concierge coverage when needed, including monitoring lobby activity, maintaining access control, answering phones, assisting residents, and managing package distribution
Qualification
Required
Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience; hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience preferred
Must be willing to valet and cross-train across front desk, door host, and valet functions
Valid California Driver's License required
Polished and professional appearance and demeanor

Strong judgment with a solutions-oriented mindset
Proactive and service-driven approach

Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
