Poultry Field Sales Advisor
TEC Group, Inc. is a fast-growing animal nutrition and hydration company looking for a Poultry Field Sales Advisor to support the poultry and lab animal markets. The role focuses on relationship-building, trial support, and guiding producers towards effective solutions while managing a pipeline through warm leads and field trial support.
Responsibilities
Build and manage pipeline through warm leads, sample coordination, and field trial support
Partner with commercial poultry producers to drive product adoption
Strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, and technical teams
Support targeted marketing campaigns and digital outreach
Maintain meaningful CRM records in HubSpot or TGI
Attend tradeshows, producer meetings, and association events
Bring market insights back to internal teams to shape future product direction
Qualification
Required
Real poultry experience
Ability to build and manage pipeline through warm leads, sample coordination, and field trial support
Ability to partner with commercial poultry producers to drive product adoption
Ability to strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, and technical teams
Ability to support targeted marketing campaigns and digital outreach
Ability to maintain meaningful CRM records in HubSpot or TGI
Ability to attend tradeshows, producer meetings, and association events
Ability to bring market insights back to internal teams to shape future product direction
Ability to talk hydration, stress events, nutrition, early growth, flock behavior, and performance with confidence
Ability to travel more than 50 percent of the time across the North Central region
Ability to lift 40+ pounds when handling product boxes or samples
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Biology, Nutrition, Agribusiness, or related field
Or a business/marketing degree with strong technical sales aptitude
2+ years in animal health, life science, or agricultural sales
Poultry or livestock trial experience is highly desirable
Strong technical aptitude and CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce)
Self-driven communicator with a customer-first mindset
