Human Resources Business Partner
RemyCorporation is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner with progressive HR experience. The role involves researching employee trends, managing leave and ER investigations, and assisting in conflict resolution while maintaining legal standards.
Responsibilities
Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
Very strong experience in leave management and ER investigations and willing to be hands on in this process
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
Assist management in conflict resolution
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 in an HRBP role
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in HR or related field
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a huge plus
Very strong experience in leave management and ER investigations and willing to be hands on in this process
