Novia Infotech is seeking a Windchill PLM Developer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom PLM solutions and system enhancements. The role involves providing technical guidance, supporting development challenges, enabling process improvements, and contributing to Agile delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements in Windchill PLM based on user requirements and technical designs

Support story refinement, effort estimation, and technical design discussions for accurate task definition and delivery planning

Build and deploy system enhancements aligned to Program Increment (PI) objectives and sprint commitments

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies

Follow SAFe Agile framework practices to ensure timely delivery of PI and sprint goals

Provide technical guidance to squad members for solving development challenges

Assist team members in understanding and implementing effective technical solutions

Contribute to peer collaboration during architecture and design discussions

Stay updated on Windchill PLM product enhancements and best practices

Recommend process and system improvements for better PLM delivery outcomes

Support internal training and upskilling on new features and PLM functionalities

Proactive and independent ownership of development tasks

Strong collaboration within cross-functional Agile teams

Ability to guide team members on technical implementations

Focus on solution quality, delivery timelines, and continuous improvement
