Responsibilities

Develop fully compliant cost and pricing models including labor, materials, subcontractor, and ODC estimates for Federal and DoD proposals
Independently write clear, concise, and persuasive cost narratives that align with proposal strategy and government requirements
Analyze solicitation requirements, RFP sections L/M, and pricing templates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and defensibility of all cost elements
Collaborate with program, technical, contracts, and capture teams to obtain inputs, validate assumptions, and support pricing strategy
Conduct cost research, risk assessments, sensitivity analyses, and competitive pricing evaluations to support pricing recommendations

Required

5+ years of experience as a Pricing/Financial Analyst
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
Proven ability to independently develop compliant pricing models and write full cost narratives
Experience supporting Federal and/or DoD proposals or working in a government-contracting environment
Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and government cost/price proposal requirements
Hands-on experience with cost estimating, rate application, basis-of-estimate (BOE) development, and cost-volume format/production
Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, modeling, pivot tables) and pricing tools; strong attention to detail and communication skills
