Right Side Up is a fast-moving, multi-vertical B2B brand seeking experienced fractional Field Marketing Managers to support a high-volume event calendar for Q1 2026. The role involves executing multiple concurrent field marketing events, including setup, logistics, and managing event infrastructure independently in HubSpot.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent field marketing events, including:

Event setup and logistics support (dinners, happy hours, conferences, trade shows)

Landing pages, registration flows, and confirmation journeys

Email invites, reminders, and follow-ups

Lead capture, routing, and post-event handoff

Build and manage all event infrastructure directly in HubSpot (no reliance on internal web or creative teams)

Support high-volume execution while maintaining strong operational rigor and attention to detail

Collaborate closely with an internal Event Manager who owns program-level planning

Move quickly, problem-solve independently, and keep programs running smoothly in a fast-paced environment

Required

3–8 years of field or event marketing experience in B2B environments

Deep HubSpot expertise — must be able to independently: Build landing pages and forms, Create and manage email sequences, Set up workflows and lead routing

Proven experience managing multiple events simultaneously

Strong operational mindset with the ability to execute quickly and accurately

Comfort working as a fractional consultant in a scrappy, high-output environment
