Responsibilities

Facilitate design workshops and translate business needs into data/AI architecture
Define data flow, integration patterns, and data models across multiple sources
Design and implement data pipelines, ML pipelines, and MLOps practices
Establish governance, security, and observability for data and models
Lead and mentor engineers; ensure delivery excellence and coding standards
Stay hands-on with Spark//Python/PySpark, orchestration tools, and model deployment

Required

8+ years in data engineering/architecture; Good to have at least 1+ years in AI/ML solutions
Expertise in cloud data platforms, Spark, streaming, and data modeling
Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to run workshops
Proficiency in Python, Pyspark and SQL

Preferred

Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring is good to have
