Responsibilities
Issue/Renew certificate of deposit (Fixed deposit)
Follow up with fixed deposit documents
Update changes in interest rates
Receive and process customer check deposits
Issue cashier check
Set up and update loan account details
Process loan drawdown and rollovers
Process loan disbursement (outgoing remittance)
Process loan interest/principal payment
Maintain loan related departmental records
Maintain updated AIR Factoring system records
Process Incoming/Outgoing wire transfers
Investigate/resolve inquiries on wire payment transactions
Correct usage of FEDWIRE Direct and SWIFT wire payment systems
Proper filing and maintaining records of wire payment instructions
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements on funds transfer activities
Assist in regulatory inquiry of wire payment transactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Word processing
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Loan operation experience in financial services preferred
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English preferred
