Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying techniques
Experience conducting ALTA Surveys and Building Surveying
Skilled in Field Work with the ability to operate and maintain surveying equipment
Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Basic understanding of civil engineering and land development practices is advantageous
Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal survey regulations is a plus
Additional training or certification in surveying is preferred
