Troubleshoot and support networks, including firewalls, servers, wireless, VoIP, and connectivity

Work independently at client sites while supporting escalated tickets
Document technical work and contribute to team knowledge
Provide excellent client-facing support and mentorship to team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience in an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
Strong LAN/WAN networking expertise
Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies
Advanced troubleshooting skills across networks and infrastructure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to travel to client sites throughout the Metro Detroit area
