Construction
Responsibilities
Draft and engineer detailed shop drawings for approval and fabrication
Lead, mentor, and review work from the drafting team (redlines/QA)
Coordinate with project management, field teams, and fabrication to maintain schedules and quality
Create material and parts lists; perform shop inspections
Update as-built drawings and ensure constructability
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in custom millwork, cabinetry, joinery, and materials
Strong knowledge of integrated hardware and appliance coordination
Proven leadership in drafting/engineering teams
Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused communication
