Business Development Manager
AlphaX is seeking a Business Development Manager to build strong partnerships and drive new business growth. This role focuses on developing new opportunities, attending industry events, and maintaining long-term client relationships in a relationship-driven environment.

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business opportunities to build a qualified pipeline
Build and nurture relationships through research, outreach, and consistent engagement
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to support retention and repeat business
Attend local conferences, trade shows, networking events, and association meetings
Schedule and conduct in person sales visits and presentations
Present services to business owners, contractors, adjusters, and key decision makers
Organize and document personal sales workflows to track progress and identify obstacles
Use LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to support outreach and networking
Participate in local and national professional associations to expand knowledge
Qualification
Required
Strong written communication skills for correspondence and reporting
Confident presentation ability for small and large groups
Excellent time management with multitasking ability
Able to work independently with strong accountability
Strong collaboration skills within a team environment
Preferred
Experience in insurance claims, restoration, construction services, or related fields is a plus
