Systems Engineer
ReviveRX is on a mission to transform healthcare through personalized wellness solutions. They are seeking a Systems Engineer to maintain and expand critical services, analyze workflows, automate processes, and support cloud infrastructure while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Analyze operational workflows using lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain process documentation
Support digital transformation and operational excellence programs
Work from business needs to build features and systems that directly impact our employees and improve efficiency
Write scripts to automate repetitive tasks, workflows, data processing, and reporting (TamperMonkey, Python, VBA, Java, etc.)
Integrate with Microsoft 365 applications and APIs
Collaborate with partner teams or use APIs for more advanced process automation
Identify and apply use cases with AI tools and agents in operations
Leverage existing scalable tech platforms and solutions
Take full ownership of projects and deliverables with minimal supervision
Champion the agile software development lifecycle including design reviews, code reviews, and operational support, while adhering to engineering best practices
Communicate insights and progress clearly with different levels of stakeholders and leadership in various formats both written and verbal
Act as liaison to external tech teams for collaboration and integration
Collaborate with engineering, operational, and technical program management teams to evaluate, test, and implement improvement solutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of systems administration experience (Windows/Mac/Linux)
2+ years networking experience (TCP/IP)
Automation development experience
Strong scripting language (Bash, Shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.)
Experience integrating with REST APIs and web services
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
Experience with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Power Automate
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Preferred
Master's degree
1+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology
Experience programming with at least one modern language (C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby, etc.)
Azure services knowledge
Healthcare or regulated industry experiences
DevOps automation tool experience (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, CloudFormation, etc.)
