Responsibilities

Lead marketing strategy for FICO's mortgage and capital markets portfolio, developing engaging content and campaigns that protect our core business, build market awareness, and strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders including lenders, servicers, GSEs, and capital markets participants
Drive market positioning and messaging that clearly articulates FICO's unique value proposition across the mortgage lifecycle - from origination through servicing and secondary market activities. Create compelling narratives around complex analytical solutions that resonate with C-level executives, risk managers, and technical decision-makers
Conduct competitive analysis and develop differentiated positioning that showcases FICO's unique advantages in mortgage risk assessment and capital markets analytics
Execute integrated go-to-market strategies that leverage core solution marketing assets while developing mortgage and capital markets-specific content, campaigns, and enablement materials. Establish systematic content production that supports both pipeline generation and sales acceleration across multiple customer segments
Build deep market intelligence by developing data-driven ideal customer profiles and market segmentation strategies. Stay current with regulatory changes, industry trends, and competitive dynamics that impact our mortgage and capital markets business

Required

Mortgage and capital markets experience working within mortgage lenders, servicers, GSEs, investment banks, or related financial services organizations
Deep understanding of the mortgage lifecycle, secondary market dynamics, and regulatory environment
Proven expertise in marketing analytical and risk management solutions
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts including machine learning, predictive modeling, and risk analytics to diverse audiences
Track record of influencing and navigating senior-level leadership
Driving cross-functional working groups to deliver measurable business results in financial services and/or technology
Deep understanding of mortgage and consumer lending industry regulatory frameworks and related processes (e.g., FCRA, Fair Lending, GSE requirements, capital requirements)

Preferred

Experience with credit reporting agencies and credit risk management solutions
Background in capital markets, securitization, or mortgage servicing operations
Experience working with GSEs (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae) or regulatory agencies
History of launching new products or entering new market segments in financial services
Familiarity with AI LLM usage in marketing workflows
Demonstrated ability to combine human intelligence with emerging Martech
Demonstrated success in highly matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder management
