Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor regional staff including Intake, Authorization, Scheduling, and Administrative Assistants
Provide direction, performance feedback, and ongoing professional development to enhance team effectiveness
Ensure efficient coordination of regional workflows, balancing caseloads and staffing to meet service demands
Foster a positive, accountable work environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Independently manage team priorities and operational decision-making to ensure timely service delivery and compliance
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and run in weekly team meetings to provide feedback regarding potential improvements in current processes and address any gaps in service delivery
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments such as Billing, Finance, PCD, and Talent Acquisition
Serve as the central communication link between regional operations and department leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and enhance workflow efficiency
Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding therapy services and expectations
Conduct regular patient check-ins to ensure services provided meet expectations, making any adjustments as needed
Represent Infinite’s values and mission through professional and effective communication with all stakeholders
Monitor provider performance, utilization, and documentation timeliness to ensure quality and compliance
Support therapy providers in understanding expectations, workflows, and performance benchmarks
Partner with clinical leadership to address provider-related issues and ensure optimal patient care outcomes
Lead initiatives to improve provider satisfaction and engagement within the region
Ensure providers understand Infinite’s focus on measurable patient recovery outcome, communicating that faster recovery and reduced relapse are part of our mission and business strategy
Develop and sustain relationships with external partners, including referral sources, ALFs, and other healthcare entities
Act as the regional liaison to ensure partner satisfaction and service continuity
Identify opportunities for regional growth and collaboration through strategic engagement and communication
Represent Infinite professionally in all partner relations, reinforcing the organization’s reputation for quality and reliability
Oversee the accurate and timely use of operational systems (e.g., Odoo, Raintree) for scheduling, documentation, and reporting
Monitor regional data metrics including billed hours, utilization rates, provider costs, and documentation compliance
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure data integrity, compliance with payer and regulatory requirements, and adherence to departmental policies
Lead initiatives to streamline processes, enhance system use, and improve regional efficiency through data-driven decision-making
Maintain accountability for regional revenue, gross profit (GP), and provider cost targets in collaboration with the Department Director
Monitor and report financial performance metrics including billed hours, cost per provider hour, and utilization
Prepare monthly financial and operational reports, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed
Ensure billing accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely submission in compliance with payer and state regulations
Participate in annual budget planning, quarterly forecasting, and cost-control initiatives to ensure fiscal discipline and sustainability
Operates with autonomy and strategic judgment to manage all aspects of the assigned region
Demonstrates decisive, proactive leadership that balances empathy with accountability
Acts as a regional representative of Infinite’s mission, modeling professionalism, collaboration, and ethical conduct
Participates in departmental leadership meetings, contributing to strategic planning, innovation, and process development
Promotes a culture of ownership and high performance, empowering staff to meet and exceed regional goals

Required

A minimum of an Bachelor's degree in related field, Healthcare preferred
A minimum of 5+ years' experience working within the Home Health setting or similar industry
A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity
Familiarity with healthcare software and electronic medical records
Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy laws
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional workflows, and drive measurable outcomes
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operational software systems (e.g., Odoo, Raintree)
