Toyota Business Development Center Agent - Sales
Lithia & Driveway is seeking a self-motivated, friendly professional to join their Business Development Center at Wesley Chapel Toyota. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing vehicle sales information, and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Responsibilities
Handle all inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction
Receive inbound calls on new and used vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time from the customer
Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests and provide general or related vehicle sales information
Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to our guests
Gather and track all guest data as directed; accurately enter dealership CRM database
Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership in addressing guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealership and manufacture objectives
Work with other Sales BDC Admins in a team-based environment
Facilitate timely follow up on all leads as directed by management and/or procedures
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
