Responsibilities
Review loan packages, prefunding checklists and approve loans to close
Prepare payment extension forms and modification agreements
Pull lien search and file UCC-1 for perfected liens
Verify loan documents are properly executed, lien is perfected and exceptions are cleared
Fund loans including completing wire transfers as applicable
Prepare security agreements and substitutions of collateral
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Proficient use of Microsoft Office required
Superior customer service, interpersonal and teamwork skills required
Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and a problem-solver
Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to complete a project from start to finish
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
One year banking or related experience preferred
One year loan processing experience preferred
