This role involves close collaboration with Client Managers, Project Managers, and Administrative staff to analyze project costs and profitability.

Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with Project Managers and Client Managers regarding contract documents, change orders, approvals, and any additional services related to billing
Setup new projects and proposal projects in the database daily for multiple offices
Review and enter daily equipment logs for costing and billing records
Manage PO’s and vendor invoice approval
Assemble Job Binders and maintain misc. other project paperwork
Regular 811 Utility Locate Calls
Maintain training management records for Drilling staff, including but not limited to training reminders, scheduling training times, working with the LMS to maintain training records and documents
Compile information for internal and external reporting, as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
For insurability purposes a valid driver's license is required
Must possess a high level of confidentiality
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment. Ability to prioritize tasks
Strong time management skills while working on multiple projects and deadlines
Self-starter and organized
Effective communication skills
Preferred
Two (2) years or more in Administrative Support role
Knowledge of Deltek software systems (Ajera, Vision, or Vantagepoint)
