They are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to support the marketing of renewals, manage customer needs, and maintain bookkeeping systems.

Responsibilities

Support the marketing of renewals, drafting and preparing renewal client proposals, as required

Processing of endorsements

Issuing certificates, evidences and ID cards

Maintain and keep current, all bookkeeping systems, database and records

Processing Non-Pay Cancellations and resolving billing issues

Providing superior customer support - manage customer needs to a successful and timely resolution

General miscellaneous tasks as required

Qualification

Commercial Lines experienceNJ PropertyCasualty LicenseMicrosoft O365 proficiencyAgency Management Systems familiarityCustomer service orientationTime managementFlexibility

Required

NJ Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required

Customer service oriented - ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer

Proficient in Microsoft O365 (i.e. word, excel, etc.)

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs as required

Preferred

5+ years Commercial Lines experience

Familiar with Agency Management Systems and Carrier websites is a plus
