Responsibilities
Manage the addition, modification, and removal of network connections over MPLS backbone and Site-to-Site VPNs
Implement network-wide updates and security enhancements
Respond to escalations from Network Operations and troubleshoot issues promptly
Support compliance audits and maintain accurate network documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to enable applications across the network and optimize performance
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience managing IT projects or operations teams
2+ years of technical operations experience
Experience with IT systems, infrastructure, and incident management tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience in MPLS network engineering
5+ years in Network Operations on MPLS networks
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Cisco networking products, Palo Alto firewalls, Splunk, Riverbed, and Wireshark
Knowledge of TCP/IP, NAT, Access Lists, and ISO-8583 protocol
