Oversee and operate laboratory equipment to conduct tests
Manage quality control processes to ensure product consistency
Provide technical support for product development
Perform laboratory experiments

Collaborate with team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in handling Laboratory Equipment and conducting Laboratory Skills with precision
Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure product consistency and adherence to standards
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating test results and troubleshooting product issues effectively
Background or experience working as a Laboratory Technician or in similar roles is essential
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
Knowledge of industrial adhesives and coatings
Experience in manufacturing settings
