Responsibilities
Sales Acquisition: Proactively engage with merchant prospects from various company sources to close sales and meet performance targets
Mentorship & Growth: Receive ongoing coaching and guidance from experienced Inside Sales Managers to accelerate your development
Sales Process Mastery: Learn and apply proven sales techniques, demonstrating progressive improvement in communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Customer Understanding: Deepen your knowledge of merchant needs, pain points, and business requirements to tailor solutions effectively
Performance Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives while building a pipeline of future opportunities
Qualification
Required
HS/GED and 2 years of related experience or Associates degree and 0 years of experience
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook
Must be 18 years of age or older
Excellent Oral Communication Skills Required
Preferred
Two years of sales experience, extensive inside phone sales experience or telemarketing sales
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be highly organized and detail oriented
