They are seeking a Senior Project Manager for AI Data to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data for AI models, focusing on strategic planning, resource management, and stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
Manage project interdependencies and identify potential "bottlenecks" before they impact the timeline
Financial & Resource Management
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
Negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company
Stakeholder Leadership
Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors and executive leadership
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors, influencing them to take positive action and accountability
Risk Mitigation & Quality Assurance
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in AI
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory
Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid models
Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Monday.com
