Responsibilities

Provides technical support and troubleshooting to multiple NAWCWD airborne Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) systems

Provides assistance to Fleet users and internal NAWCWD team members with system operation and training when applicable

Using strong communications and customer service skills, helps resolve priority NAVAIR ELINT issues in a timely manner

Works well in a dynamic fast-paced environment that merges the NAWCWD test/simulation community with NAVAIR Fleet users as well as other US partners

Required Skills and Abilities: Experience/familiarity with military squadron operations/support needs, strong with communications and customer service
