Responsibilities
Operating and maintaining geotechnical testing equipment
Classifying soil, rock, and geological samples obtained from drilling operations
Assist in developing the scope and budget of work for routine projects
Analyze data, perform engineering calculations and analysis, and reporting data to clients under the direction of a Professional Engineer
Interacts with client and project team
Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or similar degree is required
0 - 3 years applicable experience (willing to accept entry-level applicants)
E.I.T. required or ability to obtain within 3 months
Strong communication skills
Valid driver's license with the ability to pass a background check and MVR report
