Responsibilities

Analyzes, designs, and develops and configures systems and applications and business systems, working with the full software development lifecycle of new projects, writing and maintaining documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, changes, and corrections, and consulting with clients and users to gather information about needs, objectives, functions, features, and other requirements
Designs, programs, reports and databases by using databases to design tables, views, indices, and stored procedures, understanding and designing projects by maintaining integrity and establishing security, and developing and delivering business intelligence and reports
Provides support for existing business systems by maintaining and enhancing existing web sites, supporting second tier applications for public website, modifying existing programs to conform to system changes, addressing and solving complex customer service tickets, and advising and working with user departments to resolve specific or complex problems
Provides support by interacting with business users and solving ticket items related to modules, providing innovated solutions by researching software and matching with user requirements, advising users on limitations and providing alternative approaching, and maintaining and enhancing data warehouse for various reports

Required

A combination of education and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position
Formal Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field
Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of experience in software development or enterprise system configuration and/or customization
Proof of required education beyond high school, such as college transcripts, diplomas, and/or certificates must be submitted at the time of application, if not substituting experience for the education requirement

Life and AD&D Employer Paid: $100,000
Voluntary Supplemental Life: Employee: $10,000 - $500,000; Spouse/Domestic Partner: $5,000 - $100,000; Child(ren): $2,000 - $10,000
Vacation: 1-3 years of service: 2 weeks; 4-9 years of service: 3 weeks; 10-14 years of service: 4 weeks; 15-24 years of service: 5 weeks; 25 years of service and over: 6 weeks
Sick Leave: 12 days per year
Holiday: 7 paid holidays; 5 floating holidays
457(b): Voluntary participation. No SacRT contribution.
SacRT Retirement Plan: 2.5% @ 67 years
Healthcare (FSA): Annual maximum contribution of $3,300
Dependent Care (FSA): Annual maximum contribution of $5,000 ($2,500 if married, filing a separate tax return)
Long Term Disability: 66.67% up to $3,333 per month
Tuition Reimbursement: $1,750 per year, per employee, after 1st year of employment.
Employee Assistance Program: 5 visits per year, per family member.
Transit Pass: No cost to employee and eligible dependent(s)
