Responsibilities

Collects, cleans, and analyzes data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Develops and maintains SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis

Creates and manages PowerBI dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions

Performs data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity

Assists in the development and implementation of data analytics best practices and standards

Supports ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide actionable recommendations

Performs other projects, duties, and tasks, as assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 2 years' proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis

Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Effective communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in the insurance industry or a related field preferred

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools preferred

Experience with Vertafore product data structures and reporting

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud data structures and reporting
