Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and implement continuous improvements activities to improve key performance indicators (contribution, on-time, cost of quality, incident rate, net efficiency, safety, ect)
Develop and administer capital budgets for Engineering
Training for Manufacturing Engineers in processes and equipment
Plan and coordinate new product introductions and product enhancements to meet project margins, costs and introduction dates
Direct internal and external resources to resolve field or quality concerns
Serve as the primary engineering contact for assigned product lines, ensuring production meets quality, efficiency, and delivery targets
Oversee and approve engineering change notifications (CNs) and change requests (CRs) within Windchill to ensure accurate documentation and timely implementation of design and process changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
5 years of relatable work experience in engineering or manufacturing
Proven ability to manage engineering teams with strong coaching skills
