Responsibilities
Maintain and manage Epic Data Courier interfaces, EGC records, and shared master files
Oversee synchronization and configuration of Epic environments and System Definition INIs
Develop, maintain, and train analysts on Data Courier and content management best practices
Coordinate Epic build migrations (project and non-project) as well as monthly maintenance updates
Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge base articles; conduct monthly migration audits
Support continuous process improvement initiatives across all Epic applications
Coordinate Epic environment release activities and Software Update (SU) Maintenance projects
Partner with Epic Technical Coordinators and application teams to ensure system stability and reliability
Manage Nova maintenance activities and Sherlock ticket resolution processes
Serve as a liaison between application teams, technical teams, and Epic support to maintain production integrity
Support integrated testing during major Epic releases
Coordinate development of new test scripts and testing workflows
Generate migration audits and collaborate with vendors to enable automated Epic testing tools (e.g., Eggplant)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of applicable IT, clinical, or healthcare experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Epic Data Courier and Epic Content Management structures
Experience with Epic build migrations, release management, and integrated testing processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ServiceNow
Preferred
Epic Application or Epic Data Courier Administration Certification
Familiarity with server systems, project management methodologies, and test automation tools such as Eggplant
