Responsibilities
Develop and maintain latency-critical C++ systems for trading, pricing, and market data
Partner with quants and traders to translate strategies into production-grade code
Profile, debug, and optimize systems across CPU, memory, and network layers
Contribute to system reliability, monitoring, and performance tooling
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 years C++ experience (modern C++17/20) in performance-sensitive environments
Bachelors degree from a well renown school (Computer Science preferred)
Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and low-level memory management
Solid Linux fundamentals, including networking and system-level performance tuning
Preferred
Experience within trading is preferred but not essential
Experience in high-frequency or low-latency trading environments
Familiarity with lock-free programming, kernel bypass (e.g. DPDK), or hardware acceleration
Exposure to exchange connectivity, market microstructure, or real-time data systems
