Responsibilities
Provides administrative, operational, and financial leadership for the day-to-day operations of the departments and programs within Family Engagement
Collaborates with organizational leaders to develop and deploy initiatives that advance the patient and family experience
Driving strategy towards the achievement of goals
Leads the programs and staff that facilitate, educate towards and support these efforts to ensure we can deliver on our Promise
Upholds our Cook Children’s culture platform through respect that values inclusion, diversity and health equity
Empathy, listening, engagement, encouragement, communication, and an appreciation of partnership and teamwork
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in related field required
7 years of supervisory experience required
Preferred
Patient Experience Certification (CPXP) preferred
