Fenceweb Inc. is a fast-growing fencing supplier serving customers across the United States, and they are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Manager. The role involves managing daily office operations, supporting logistics and sales teams, and handling administrative and financial processes to ensure the smooth running of the Dallas organization.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process daily payments, including vendor invoices and internal approvals
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly closing preparation
Communicate directly with our external accountant regarding reporting, compliance and year-end requirements
Assist with U.S. tax-related documentation and filings (sales tax, certificates, inquiries, etc.)
Manage purchase orders, order confirmations and supporting documentation
Support the Finance team in the Netherlands with requested information and reporting
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments
Maintain filing systems, customer accounts, contracts and internal databases
Assist with logistics coordination and shipping documentation when needed
Handle communication with warehouses, suppliers and carriers
Support management with schedules, reports, follow-ups and internal communication
Serve as a professional point of contact for customers and vendors
Monitor and order office supplies and operational materials
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes
Assist with onboarding of new employees and maintaining employee files
Coordinate internal communication and support basic HR administration

Required

3–5 years of experience in administrative, financial or office management roles
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook; ERP/CRM systems are a plus)
Comfortable working with financial documents, approvals and tax-related tasks
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on, proactive and able to work independently

Preferred

Experience in logistics, manufacturing or supply chain is helpful but not required
