IDR, Inc. is seeking an IT Problem Coordinator to join one of their top clients in Brentwood, TN. This role leads the end-to-end Problem Management process to prevent recurring incidents and improve service reliability across enterprise IT services.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of problem records from identification and logging through investigation, resolution, and closure

Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) sessions and document corrective/preventive actions to eliminate repeat incidents

Maintain and publish known errors and workarounds in a Known Error Database (KEDB)

Perform trend analysis across incidents to identify systemic issues and prioritize high-impact problems

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track backlog, aging, and reduction of repeat incidents

Required

3+ years of experience in Problem/Incident Management or reliability-focused IT operations within an enterprise environment

Hands-on experience working within an ITSM tool and related processes (Problem, Incident, Change, Knowledge)

Proven ability to lead and facilitate RCAs (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa, Kepner-Tregoe) and drive follow-through across teams

Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect symptoms to underlying causes and define actionable remediation plans

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including meeting facilitation and clear documentation
