They are seeking a Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations, support openings, and lead teams while ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across three NYC concepts
Support openings, systems development, and operational execution
Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and leadership teams
Drive guest experience, service standards, and brand consistency
Manage P&L performance, labor, COGS, and operational KPIs
Partner closely with the Chef/Owner on strategy, growth, and execution
Ensure Michelin-level standards across service, hospitality, and operations
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience within Michelin-starred or Michelin-recognized restaurants
Experience as a Multi-Unit GM or very high-volume General Manager
STRONG footprint in the NYC hospitality scene
Strong financial acumen (P&L, labor, COGS, forecasting)
Hands-on, floor-focused leadership style
Preferred
Experience opening new concepts or scaling operations
