Aon is inviting ambitious college seniors to join their 2026 Early Careers Launch Program in the Construction & Infrastructure team. The Associate Broker will collaborate with Senior Brokers and Account Managers to deliver innovative solutions supporting Risk, while fostering strong relationships with clients and the underwriting community.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with Brokers and Account Executives to develop coverage strategy and marketing initiatives for renewal and prospective business
Analyzing client specific risk exposure and details coverage requirements; preparing and presenting marketing proposals for renewals and new business
Establishing, and maintaining strong relationships with the underwriting community for the ultimate benefit of the client
Negotiating with Underwriters for the best terms, conditions and competitive pricing for existing and new clients
Verifying all policies and documentation for accuracy in accordance with terms and conditions
Following up with insurers to confirm terms of negotiated contract are met
Approving documentation for new contracts, policy changes, additions, deletions and renewals
Leading by example by demonstrating and sharing the importance of best practices; and
Performing other related duties as assigned

Required

Proven negotiation and relationship building skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written

Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines under pressure
Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with the Microsoft Office Package
College Seniors graduating between Spring 2025 to Spring 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
For this role you must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Brokers or P&C license preferred, or to be obtained within 90 days of start date
