Responsibilities
Read schedules, inventory reports, work orders and forecasts to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock and order priority
Confer with department supervisors/project managers/operations managers to determine overdue material and parts and to inform supervisors and management of material status
Direct warehouse staff to expedite transfer of materials from stock area to production areas
Examine materials received, verify part numbers and check discrepancies such as damaged, unmarked parts
Compare work ticket specifications to material used at various projects to verify appropriate assignment
Adhere to internal policies and procedures and Sarbanes Oxley regulations
Maintain poise and focus under time constraint and adverse conditions
Attend and complete trainings as required by the Company
Pass all required drug/alcohol testing and background checks as required
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
