Responsibilities

In charge of the deployment, configuration, and integration of the Client's products in customer environments

Support project activities throughout the implementation lifecycle, including documentation, testing, and troubleshooting

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during deployment and integration activities

Participate in remote engagements with customers across the EMEA region

Continuously develop your skills in networking, security, and automation technologies

Required

Good understanding of complex networks, protocols and internet technologies: Advanced TCP/IP, Dynamic Routing protocols, Routers & Switches (Cisco and other vendors), MPLS, NAT etc. Hands-on experience is a must

Knowledge & Experience in Linux (System Administrator level) – a must

Knowledge & Hands-on Experience in Network Security Products & Technologies (i.e. Firewalls) – a must

Strong technical troubleshooting abilities & experience

Customer-facing skills, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication and the ability to generate strong and lasting relationships with our customers

Self-learning capabilities. Willingness, discipline and self motivation to work productively and efficiently from your home office

Must be proficient in French and in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages will be considered an advantage
