Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and design documents
Design end-to-end functional solutions using Dynamics 365 CE that meet business needs
Provide guidance and oversight on the technical configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE to ensure alignment with the functional design
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the implementation meets the established functional requirements
Map business processes within Dynamics 365 CE and optimize these processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Identify areas for automation and process improvement, aligning them with the technical capabilities of the platform
Engage with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and functional/technical solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery
Design integrations with other systems and technologies to create cohesive end-to-end solutions
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the effective use of Dynamics 365 CE as per the designed functional solutions
Qualification
Required
Substantial experience (typically 5+ years) in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions from a functional standpoint
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, business processes, and functional capabilities
Proficiency in customization, configuration, and development within Dynamics 365 CE
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or related Microsoft technologies are advantageous
