New Grad, Entry LevelSpecChem, LLC supplies and services the concrete distributor network with quality construction chemicals. They are seeking a Production Associate who will operate the bagging machine, package and stack finished products, and maintain cleanliness while ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities
Operate the bagging machine to package powders accurately and efficiently
Package and stack finished manufactured products efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive environment
Operate forklifts to move finished products throughout the facility
Adhere to safety protocols by turning off and locking out equipment when not in use
Transport waste from the assembly line to designated dumpsters
Follow standard operating procedures for all tasks and equipment usage
Perform quality control checks to ensure that no damaged products are shipped and that no damaged raw materials are accepted
Prepare finished products for shipping, including shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling
Stage products for loading and assist in the loading process as needed
Provide support in other areas as required by the production team
Qualification
Required
Be dependable. This position requires consistent attendance
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Basic understanding of safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 75 pounds
Preferred
Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
Forklift certification is a plus
