The role involves supporting project teams from early design phases through construction, developing design options, and ensuring effective client service while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on the development of design solutions and associated visualizations for client presentations

Develop presentation materials for, and actively participate in, stakeholder meetings

Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external cross-functional teams including contractors, clients, consultants, architects, etc

Participate in the preparation of construction documents utilizing Revit

Select and curate finish palettes

Select and curate furniture specifications

Assist in the Contract Administration process including submittal responses, attending OAC meetings, and generating field reports

Draft project communications such as meeting minutes

Organize personal tasks and communicate with project leaders and studio director to balance work-load and meet deadlines
