Flex Staff - Data Entry Assistant - Genetics Clinical Trials

Responsibilities

Read source documents and enter data in specified data fields accurately
Review data records for accuracy and completeness
Scan and upload documents
Locating and correcting data entry errors
Provide assistance in preparing for clinical trial monitoring visits
Create and modify databases as needed
Provide guidance or assistance to other data users regarding data entry requirements and status of data entry
Perform administrative duties including answering phone calls and maintaining supplies
Perform specimen processing, occasionally off-hours (evening or late night)
Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed

Required

A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required as per MS Health System hiring policy. Otherwise, Bachelors, Masters or Ph.D as applicable
