Delivery Support Specialist
Agilant Solutions, Inc. is seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery and Equipment Support Specialist to join their team. This role is essential in ensuring timely delivery of IT equipment and parts to client sites, as well as managing the return of old or unused equipment.
Responsibilities
Deliver equipment, parts, and materials to client locations as scheduled
Pick up used or returned equipment and transport it back to the designated facility
Ensure all deliveries and pickups are documented and confirmed with proper signatures
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep delivery vehicle clean and maintained
Communicate with Dispatch, Operations, and clients to confirm drop-off and pickup details
Follow safe driving practices and comply with all local, state, and company regulations
Assist with light warehouse duties when not on deliveries (e.g., staging equipment, packaging)
Maintain confidentiality and care when handling sensitive or valuable equipment
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift and move items up to 100 lbs
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients
Ability to use mobile phone apps for route tracking or confirmation of deliveries
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or IT asset handling is a plus
